The SERAPHIM50 terminal comes with its own data card: you plug it in and it starts recording clock-ins right away, with no need for the company network or wifi. That is why it works just as well at a reception desk as on a construction site or a one-off job. Each terminal also has its own time zone: if you have units in another country, they show the correct local time.

Each company logs in to its account and sees its plan, when it expires, how many employees it has used, the public price of the plans and its terminals, with its card renewal when it manages this directly.
If you install or sell SERAPHIM to other companies, you have your own portal: see the subscriptions of all your customers, with your discount applied, and collect their renewals by card. You can pay for several companies at once, in a single charge and with a single invoice in your name. You sign in without passwords, with a link sent to your email.
The agent is a small program that is installed just once on a Windows PC on your company's network and works as a service: it starts on its own with the computer and connects your access control terminals to SERAPHIM in a secure, clean and reliable way. No complex installations and no configuration on the PC.
Compatible terminals: Biomax 2 and Flexy, Flexy KXP, SYRIS, Hanvon, VF9000, UHF 800 readers and Active RFID 2, and license plate recognition cameras.
One installation per site. The SERAPHIM30/50 touchscreen terminals do not need it: they are already standalone.
The plan is chosen by the number of employees. Change plan whenever you need. Ask us for the price of your plan; if your company signs up through a distributor, the final price is agreed with them.
