Install it on your mobile

Open seraphim-suite.com/app in your mobile browser and follow the steps on your phone. After that it opens from an icon, full screen, like any other app.

Android

Chrome, Samsung Internet, Firefox or Edge

Open seraphim-suite.com/app in the browser.
Tap “Install now” on the pink card on the login screen. If it does not appear, open the menu ⋮ and choose “Install app” (or “Add to Home screen”).
Confirm with “Install”.
Look for the icon SERAPHIM on your home screen and always open the app from there.

iPhone and iPad

Safari (if the address opened inside WhatsApp or your email, open it in Safari first)

Open seraphim-suite.com/app in Safari.
Tap the button Share (the square with an arrow pointing up) in the browser toolbar.
Scroll down and choose “Add to Home Screen”; then tap “Add”.
Open the app from the icon SERAPHIM. The first time you will need to log in again with your details.

To log in you need

Company code: Your administrator provides it. It is the same one you used in BSPro2 App.
Company password: Your administrator also provides it (the same one as in BSPro2 App).
Your user number: The “ID” on your employee record.
Your password: The one on your employee record.

Frequently asked questions

Does it cost anything, or do I have to download it from a store?

No. It opens in the browser and is installed on the home screen. It does not go through the App Store or Google Play.

What happens to the previous app, BSPro2 App?

It keeps working as long as your company uses it. The new app reads and writes the same data: what is clocked in one is seen in the other.

It asks for my location, what do I do?

Tap “Allow”. The app only checks where you are at the moment you clock in; it does not track you. If there is no signal you can clock in without a location and it is recorded as “no GPS”.

The reader does not accept my QR

Check that your phone's date and time are set to automatic: the dynamic QR depends on the time.

I can't see Doors, Messages or Documents

Your company has not activated them or you do not have permission. Ask your administrator.
